XY UTE PAINT IN PROGRESS

XY Ute ready for completion in a few weeks. Body work involved outer seals quarter filler panels front driver to wheel arch, hand fabricated quarter panel rear sections. All lower guards rust repaired. Panels fitted and molded, and outer door skins replaced. Vehicle colour changed from true blue to wild violet.

This build was unique in that the owner asked for the ute to carry as many GT Sedan options as possible. Options include : GT Dash, Gt Style bonnett, black outs the same as the sedan, reflective orange striping, GT consoles, GT tear drop mirrors, and additional headlights.

Mechanically we freshened up the engine and rebuilt the gearbox (top loader 4 speed) We also rebuilt the diff as well as a full suspension overhaul.
